Definitely, money isn't the most important thing for some people. Chuck was that proof.
Hobo (Death's fan): Do you know how much money Chuck earned from Death? From an earlier interview I remember him saying it wasn't much, but do you know how much someone as successful as him made in a largely underground scene?
Jane Schuldiner (Chuck's mom): No, I do not. I will say his greatest rewards in his career were not financial, though he lived very comfortably.
